Please inform yourself about the location of the stairs, emergency exits, fire alarm options, guest gathering points in emergencies and the extinguishing equipment available. In the event of a fire, you will be alerted by fire alarms and lights. The meeting point is the info point on the ground floor, from here you will be directed to the guest meeting point. If you discover a fire, please close the door and report the fire immediately to the information point (Tel 07748 – 9720). If the escape route is blocked by smoke, close the door and stay in the room. Make yourself noticeable at the window and wait for the fire department to arrive. Under no circumstances should you use the elevators.

If you submit all your registration details at the info point, you will receive the KONUS guest card. This card identifies you as a guest in the Upper Black Forest and allows access to exhibitions, concerts, etc. You can also use public transport for free with the card.
